Hello Friends
Sadly, we have decided to close permanently. The past four years we have seen more than six brands be discontinued including entire lines or partial discontinuations. These discontinuations left a gaping hole in our selection and in turn, our revenue. In order to fill the shelves with other options we attempted to secure distributorship for many of the more popular professional beauty brands, only to be told that there is already distributorship in our area. What this means is, another much larger beauty supplier has already signed a contract that gives them exclusive rights to a given geographical area. Therefore, not given equal opportunity to bring in lines that our customers are looking for, we essentially are being forced out of the market. Without having to completely change our business model (and a large financial investment), which doesn't guarantee access to any of the brands we are looking to sell, we can't stay afloat.
We would like to give a heartfelt thank you to all our loyal customers who consistently expressed their gratitude at having a friendly, personalized experience in a small shop. This was always our aim... the small business experience.
So, as the saying goes, "All good things must come to an end" and with that we say "so long and thank you from the bottom of our hearts."
